Return and Refund Policy

 

WE DO NOT OFFER CHANGE-OF-MIND EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON ANY OF OUR ITEMS

The Australian Consumer Law gives consumers broad rights, known as consumer guarantees mean that if you have purchased from MyKoolstuff.Shop are:

  • damaged on arrival
  • faulty

You may return (RETURN POSTAGE COST WILL NOT BE INCLUDED)  the goods to us for replacement strictly within 14 days of purchase.

Once the return item is received and it's a genuine product faulty or dead on arrival, a replacement product will be sent out.

To return a product, please email info@mykoolstuff.shop with the order number and description of the fault. ALL receipts must be presented.

All products are strictly covered under a 3-month warranty EXCEPT ALL PRODUCTS UNDER CLEARANCE ITEMS.

The limited warranty will not cover: 

  • Incorrect use or incorrect installation of an item or product
  • Incorrect handling of an item or product
  • Mistreatment of an item or product


All stock in the clearance corner is limited. Items in this category are end-of-line products or factory seconds. (End of Line products are discontinued, out of date or older version, might have software compatibility issues and will offer no support from the manufacturer or MyKoolstuff.Shop itself ).

It is the consumer's responsibility to make sure that products are suitable for their current devices or have not been used before purchasing.

All Items in the clearance corner are sold as is and come with a NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE, NO WARRANTY policy. Any items purchased from this category mean you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed above.

Damaged Shipments

Mykoolstuff Shop will do its best to ensure suitable packaging and protection are provided for each shipment. Please notify MyKoolstuff.Shop immediately for any faulty or damaged goods. Due to the nature of postal services, MyKoolstuff.The shop cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged goods during transit. However, in the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, you will need to lodge a claim via AusPost.
